My Account on hmsa.com provides you with online access to your health plan information.
Through My Account, you can:
- View claims history for medical, drug, dental, and vision services. There’s more you can do in the Claims section like seeing how much you may owe.
- Get information about your medical plan’s annual deductible, annual copayment maximum, and lifetime maximum.
- Get drug plan benefit information.
- Calculate potential drug costs using the cost estimator tool.
- Order prescription refills from a mail-order pharmacy through our pharmacy benefit manager.
- Change your PCP.
- Update your mailing address with HMSA.
(This is available only if your employer allows HMSA to accept a request directly from you. Otherwise, you must request the change with your employer.) - View your HMSA membership card on a mobile device, request a duplicate card, or print a copy of your card.
- Notify HMSA when you or your dependents are also covered by another medical plan (coordination of benefits).
- View your Guide to Benefits.
(Available for most plans, your Guide to Benefits is your reference guide and legal document that explains your plan benefits). - Manage your email preferences.
- Connect to HMSA’s Online Care®.

- Students can download their plan coverage statement and student verification documents in My Account.

To register for HMSA’s My Account, you must be an HMSA member:
- Go to My Account Login and click Create an Account.
- Enter your name, birth date, and email, and create a password.
- Validate your email with a code sent to you.
- Review and accept HMSA’s Terms and Conditions.
- Log in with your email and password.
- Enter your phone number to receive a code.
- Input the code to verify your identity and securely sign in.
- Log in, click Add a plan, and enter your HMSA subscriber ID number from your HMSA membership card, your name, and your birth date.
Don’t see a link to view your dental or drug claims? Check your HMSA membership card to see if you have dental or drug coverage with HMSA. If the word Dental or Drug with a code isn’t listed, you might have coverage with another insurer. Please check with your employer or employee organization. If your HMSA membership card indicates that you have dental or drug coverage with HMSA, call HMSA Customer Relations for assistance.
