My Account on hmsa.com provides you with online access to your health plan information.

Through My Account, you can:

To register for HMSA’s My Account, you must be an HMSA member:

  1. Go to My Account Login and click Create an Account.
  2. Enter your name, birth date, and email, and create a password.
  3. Validate your email with a code sent to you.
  4. Review and accept HMSA’s Terms and Conditions.
  5. Log in with your email and password.
  6. Enter your phone number to receive a code.
  7. Input the code to verify your identity and securely sign in.
  8. Log in, click Add a plan, and enter your HMSA subscriber ID number from your HMSA membership card, your name, and your birth date.

Don’t see a link to view your dental or drug claims? Check your HMSA membership card to see if you have dental or drug coverage with HMSA. If the word Dental or Drug with a code isn’t listed, you might have coverage with another insurer. Please check with your employer or employee organization. If your HMSA membership card indicates that you have dental or drug coverage with HMSA, call HMSA Customer Relations for assistance.
