Sign up for timely direct deposit and electronic Reports to Provider

HMSA is committed to providing timely payments to our providers. To that end, we strongly encourage you to sign up to receive your payments and other information from us electronically. Doing this will allow us to ensure you continue to receive payment and accompanying Report to Provider (RTP) in as timely a manner as possible, and with minimal delay.

If you are not yet signed up to receive payment and other information electronically, please do the following:

• Sign up for direct deposit / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by doing one of the following options:
  • Filling out the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) hard copy [PDF] and returning it to edisupport@hmsa.com
  • Filling out the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) online form
• Access your Report to Provider (RTP) that accompanies payment through HHIN. As a reminder, HHIN can be accessed here: HHIN Login. Going forward, RTPs for all providers will only be available electronically through HHIN.
