The HMSA Plan for Postal Service Employees is a local Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program within the Federal Employees Health Benefit (FEHB) Program, approved by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The HMSA Plan for Postal Service Employees membership cards are identified by coverage code M6.
This program should not be confused with the nationwide Postal Federal Employee Program (FEP), administered through Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association Plans (enrollment codes 33 and 35).
