QUEST Integration – Member Copayments

Member copayments do not apply under the QUEST Integration plan at the present time.

Some members, as determined by Med-QUEST based upon their eligibility, are responsible for a cost share amount. These members are responsible to pay for a portion of their medical care up to the cost share amount determined by Med-QUEST before any QUEST Integration benefits can be applied.

For members receiving long term care services and supports, the cost share is collected by the facility or home and community based services provider. The cost share amount can be determined is found by accessing the Med-QUEST online eligibility site, or by contacting HMSA QUEST Integration Provider Service.
