Under Section 204 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA) Prescription Drug Data Collection, insurance companies and employer-based health plans are required to submit information about prescription drug and health care spending to the federal government every year. This includes premium amounts. For 2025, this includes monthly total premium amounts.
