Information about changes to HMSA’s Online Care access for QUEST members Effective April 1, 2026, HMSA will discontinue HMSA’s Online Care® platform for QUEST (Medicaid) members and QUEST providers will be encouraged to use alternative telehealth platforms. Please rest assured that QUEST members can continue to seek telehealth services from providers using alternative platforms as part of their covered benefits. If you have questions, please call 808-948-6486 or 1-800-440-0640 toll-free.
