HMSA to hold seasonal flu shot clinic in Hilo and Honolulu

The Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) is offering another community flu shot clinic in Hilo and Honolulu for HMSA, HMSA 65C Plus, and HMSA QUEST members age 18 or older, as well as Medicare Part B beneficiaries. The seasonal flu vaccine will be provided to members at no cost.

The Hilo community clinic will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, at The Gathering Place at Prince Kuhio Plaza. Flu shots will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., while supplies last.

In Honolulu, the community clinic will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, at the HMSA Center on Keeaumoku Street. Flu shots will be offered in the Multi-Purpose Room from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., while supplies last.

Members must show their HMSA card and a photo ID. There will be no charge for Medicare Part B beneficiaries who show their Medicare card and a photo ID. Non-HMSA members may receive an immunization for $40. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
