For your current drug claim information, visit your My Account on HMSA’s website.
The claims information is available to most HMSA members with drug plans. Once you log in to My Account:
- Click View Claims on the right of the home page.
- Next, click Looking for Drug or Dental Claims? on the top right of the Claims page.
You’ll be able to see your drug costs, the portion HMSA pays, and the portion you may have to pay for yourself and your minor dependents on your plan.
To get a copy of your drug claims history in the mail, call HMSA Customer Relations and select the Drug option to speak with a CVS customer care representative. Representatives are available to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must call each time you’d like a copy of your drug claims history mailed to you.
Don’t see the link for drug or dental claims? Check your HMSA membership card to see if you have drug coverage with HMSA. If the word Drug with a code isn’t listed, you may have drug coverage with another plan and you should check with your employer or employee organization. If your HMSA membership card says that you have drug coverage with HMSA, please call HMSA Customer Relations and select the Drug option to speak with a CVS customer care representative. Representatives are available to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
