HMSA’s Reminder for Screening & Vaccination Program (RSVP) tracks screening
for breast, cervical and colorectal cancers; heart disease screening; diabetes screenings;
and pneumococcal vaccinations. RSVP helps you keep track of these services. Each
year, RSVP sends you a personalized birthday card to remind you to get the services
you need. Members receive reminders based on their age, sex, and recommendations
in HMSA’s Preventive Care Guidelines. Call your personal care physician to
schedule an appointment as soon as you can.
