Exercise for Older Adults

What is aging really all about? As we get older, what changes will occur in our muscles, bones, heart, and senses? Classes offer:

  • An in-depth look at these physical changes.
  • Exercise opportunities for older adults.
  • Strategies to help reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
  • Instruction on how a positive attitude and outlook on life affect your quality of life.

Each of the three two-hour classes provides lifestyle information and learning through group activities. Also, members discuss how to apply the information to their everyday lives.
