changes will occur in our muscles, our bones, our heart,
our senses? HMSA’s Engaging in Aging program offers:
- An in-depth look at these physical changes.
- Exercise opportunities for older adults.
- Understanding the role that a positive attitude and outlook on life has on quality of life.
Each of the three two-hour classes provides lifestyle
information and learning through group activities. Also,
members discuss how to apply the information to their everyday lives.
