Healthy lifestyle habits can help you live life to the fullest. We use fun, interactive methods to teach you about fitness, nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being. As an HMSA member, you are welcome to participate in any or all of our programs at no charge.

HMSA Well-Being Connection offers workshops that can help you reach your well-being goals.

Workshops are engaging and designed with varying levels of interaction, from straightforward lecture to high participant involvement. Workshops are 90 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.
