Body Force

In three two-hour sessions, you will:

  • Understand the various energy systems that fuel our bodies.
  • Learn and practice new strength and flexibility exercises.
  • Learn how muscle strength can be enhanced.
  • Compare and contrast different modes of activity.

This class is for regular exercisers who want a greater fitness challenge. It combines lecture, exercise and group discussion to keep you engaged and energized.
