Akamai Advantage Dental Discounts

Proper dental care is an important part of maintaining overall good health. That is why HMSA offers a dental discount program as a value-added service to Akamai Advantage members.

Features

• Affordable care when you need it. There are no annual limits, deductibles or waiting periods for dental services.

About the program

• Participating dentists agree to accept a discounted fee for Akamai Advantage members as payment in full for dental services.
• There are no health restrictions. You don’t have to wait for comprehensive dental treatment plans.
• You don’t have to file claims.

Instructions

• Use the search feature to locate a participating dentist conveniently located near you.
• Call the dentist to make an appointment and say you are an HMSA Akamai Advantage member and want to use the dental discount.
• Show your HMSA card at your appointment. You pay the agreed-upon amount directly to the dentist.

The discounts available may not be used with any dental coverage, such as to reduce the deductible, copayment or coinsurance obligation. The dental discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon.
