As a member of the Individual Dental Plan, you’ll receive quality dental care from
the dentist of your choice. Under this plan, you can select any provider, participating
or non-participating, for your dental services. HMSA suggests choosing a participating
provider to save you money.
No paperwork
Your dentist’s staff will take care of your paperwork – there are no claims for
you to file. If your dentist determines additional care is necessary, you will receive
a written treatment plan with the costs of the services your dentist recommends.
