Federal Employee Plan (FEP)

Welcome! Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Federal Employee Plan (FEP), enrollment codes 104, 105, 111, and 112, is a medical plan option for federal employees and annuitants who are eligible to participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB). Federal employees and annuitants who select the FEP have a choice of the Basic Plan or the Standard Plan. Both choices are fee-for-service plans that offer the largest network of health care professionals in the state.
