Don’t overlook the importance of good vision and healthy eyes.

Vision benefit packages are available to complement your Preferred Provider Plan (PPP).

Vision benefits cover annual eye exams and most of the annual costs for contact lenses or eye lenses, as well as providing reasonably priced eyeglass frames every two years.

You are free to choose any vision provider listed in the health plan directory provided by your employer.
