Vision benefit packages are available to complement any Health Maintenance Organization
(HMO) health plan.
Vision benefits cover annual eye exams and most of the annual costs
for contact lenses or eye lenses, as well as providing reasonably
priced eyeglass frames every two years.
Eye exam are given by an ophthalmologist within your HMO health center.
