cost-saving benefits of low, fixed copayments of an HMO plan
with the flexibility to see any physician you wish.
Like an HMO plan, you and each of your covered dependents will
need to select a health center and primary care physician (PCP)
within that health center.
Members can also choose any physician they wish, whether or not the
provider participates with HMSA. But to receive the most savings,
we encourage you to work with physicians within your health center.
