Stress Master

Stress is employees’ biggest complaint and a root cause of burnout. But there are ways to manage stress without falling apart. Effective stress management can help reduce absenteeism and contributes to a more pleasant work environment.

HMSA’s Stress Master teaches participants techniques to reduce the impact of stress on their well-being and physical health. Classes are available in the evening and on weekends at no cost.

In five soothing sessions, we’ll teach them to relax their bodies, calm their minds, focus their attention, and reduce the negative effects of stress on their health and well-being. Each of the five two-hour classes provides lifestyle information & learning through group activities. Also, members discuss how to use the information in everyday life situations. Encourage your employees to attend.
