Worksite Employee Benefits: Employers can expand their benefits package by offering

plans.
- Pretax insurance premiums (health plan and voluntary plan premiums).
- Long-term care insurance.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Employees can use tax-free dollars to pay for
eligible medical and dependent care expenses.
- Medical expense account: Employees can use tax-free dollars to pay for medical,
dental, drug and vision expenses not covered by a health plan.
- Dependent care expense account: Eligible child or adult care services can be reimbursed
through this pretax account.
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): Employers contribute to individual accounts
for medical reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket costs. Unused funds can rollover
to the next plan year and build for future health care expenses.
- Stored-value card: Employees can use this convenient card to pay for certain medical
expenses directly from their HRA or flexible spending account.
