to complement any Preferred Provider Plan (PPP).
Vision benefits cover annual eye exams and most of the annual
costs for contact lenses or eye lenses, as well as providing
reasonably priced eyeglass frames every two years.
Your employees are free to choose any vision provider listed
in their health plan directory.
