View your drug claim information online
Access your claims details for prescription drugs through your HMSA My Account.
Online claims details are available to HMSA members with drug plans. From the Claims page of My Account, you can access claim details for yourself and the minor dependents on your drug plan.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2010, Reports to Member (RTM) for most HMSA drug plans are no longer being sent in the mail. This does not apply to 65C Plus, Akamai Advantage, Senior Connection and QUEST drug plan members; they will continue to receive copies of their RTM in the mail.
If you would like to request a copy of a specific drug RTM in the mail, please call HMSA Customer Service and select the Drug option to speak with a customer service representative. You must call each time you'd like a copy of an RTM mailed to you.
