View dental claims online

Your dental claims information is accessible online through My Account on hmsa.com.

From My Account, you can access the My Dental Information Manager to view claims information and plan benefits as of Jan. 1, 2009. Here's how:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click on the View Claims link on the right of the home page. This will take you to a new page.
3. Click on the Looking for Drug or Dental Claims? link on the right of the Claims page. This will take you to a new page.
4. Select the Member option in the My Dental Information Manager box. This will take you to a new page.
5. Sign in or create a new member profile.

Don't see a link to View Dental Claims? Check your HMSA membership card to see if you have dental coverage with HMSA. If the word Dental with a code is not listed, you may have dental coverage with another insurer. Please check with your employer or group. If your HMSA membership card indicates that you have dental coverage with HMSA, call HMSA Customer Relations for assistance.
