Use HMSA's Find a Doctor tool to find a health center
HMSA's Find a Doctor tool provides you with health center and participating provider information. The instructions below will help you search for providers and health centers in your area.
- Go to Find a Doctor on hmsa.com.
- Select Medical in the Plan Type drop-down list.
- Select your HMO plan in the Plan Name drop-down list.
For example: Health Plan Hawaii, HPH Conversion Plan, and the Individual Business Plan-HMO.
- Select one of the following to complete your search options.
After submitting the search options, the provider's associated health center is the first bullet in the provider's information. - Search by provider name
- Enter the provider's name in the Doctor's Name field.
- Search by location
- Enter the City, ZIP code, and/or Island.
- Select PCP as the Category.
- Select a PCP Specialty if applicable.
- Search by health center
- Select PCP as the Category.
- Select a PCP Specialty if applicable.
- Select a health center from the Health Center drop-down list.
