Print a copy of your HMSA membership card through My Account
View and print a copy of your membership card online:
- Register and log on to My Account. HMSA members age 18 and older must create their own My Account.
- Click on the Online Services tab at the top left corner of the page.
- Plan subscribers may view cards for dependents who are under age 18.
You may also select the Request ID Card tab in My Account to have a new membership card mailed to you.
