EUTF drug plan members: Your drug coverage may no longer be with HMSA
Effective May 1, 2012, the following groups have drug coverage through CVS Caremark. Previously, HMSA or informedRx provided drug coverage for these groups. If you belong to one of these groups and have questions about your drug benefits, please call CVS Customer Care toll-free at (855) 801-8263 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. You may also visit the CVS Caremark website.
Groups:
- Active EUTF PPO and HMO members
- Active HSTA VB PPO members
- Non-Medicare retired EUTF PPO members
- Non-Medicare retired HSTA VB PPO members
Effective July 1, 2012, the following groups have their Medicare Part D drug coverage through the SilverScript Insurance Company, a subsidiary of CVS Caremark. Previously, HMSA or informedRx provided drug coverage for members of these groups. If you belong to one of these groups and have questions about your drug benefits, please call SilverScript at (877) 878-5715, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also visit the SilverScript website for EUTF retirees and the SilverScript website for HSTA VB retirees.
- Medicare retired EUTF members
- Medicare retired HSTA VB members
EUTF and HSTA VB members enrolled in HMSA’s Supplemental (dual coverage) plans and the HMSA High Deductible plan will continue to have drug coverage through HMSA.
