CVS Caremark is now available to answer your drug questions
Do you have a question about the side effects of a drug you are taking? Should you be concerned if you accidentally took a double dose? Why do these pills look different from my last refill? Call HMSA Customer Relations, select the Drug option, and ask to speak with a pharmacist. Pharmacists are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, Hawaii Standard Time.
For questions about your drug claims, benefits, covered medications, copayments, and coordination of benefits, call HMSA Customer Relations and select the Drug option to speak with a CVS customer care representative. For your convenience, representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
